«Mis intentos de hacer grabaciones que reflejasen las visiones en mi mente las intenté con mi primera cámara de vídeo. En aquellos días el mayor problema era “irritabilidad” de esa forma de grabar. Por ese motivo temporalmente aplacé la cámara de vídeo y probé la fotografía. Mi primera cámara era una digital y yo, enteramente influido por los ordenadores, juegos y películas, intenté adaptar mis fotografías a esos mundos.
Así que empecé a trabajar con diseñadores gráficos. Gracias a ellos empezaba a acercarme, aunque lentamente, a las fantasías imaginadas. Desde que conocí a Tomáš Bojko (otomi) en el instituto mis progresos fueron más rápidos. Después de cierto tiempo experimentando empecé mi photoblog que también funciona como mi web personal. Es una oportunidad de compartir mi trabajo con otros.
Ahora estoy estudiando cine en la Universidad de Tomas Bata en Zlín. Aquí tengo muchas oportunidades para probar nuevos métodos y así mejorar mis habilidades fotográficas.
No tengo ninguna modalidad fotográfica preferida. Todavía exploro y aprendo, generalmente con luces y ángulos y, si tengo suerte, con reflejos oportunos. Recientemente he empezado a fotografiar a la gente, especialmente actores. Ahora busco modelos en mi zona.»

My attempts to make recordings which approached the visions in my mind started with my first camcorder. In those days the biggest problem was the «irascibility» of this medium. For this reason I temporarily put down the camcorder and tried photography.
My first camera was digital and I – fully influenced by computers, games and films – was trying to adapt my photos to these worlds.
Thus, I began to work with graphic designers. Thanks to this I was approaching, though very slowly, something that satisfied the needs of my fantasies. Ever since I met Tomáš Bojko (otomi) at school, I have been progressing much faster. After some time experimenting I started my photoblog which is also my personal web. This is a nice chance to show and share my work with others.
I now study film at the University of Tomas Bata in Zlín. Here I have many opportunities to try new methods and thus improve my photography skills.
I have no preferred photographic modality. I’m still exploring and learning, mostly playing with light, angles and (if I’m lucky) finding nice reflections. Recently I took a fancy to photographing people (especially actors). I’m now looking for models in my area.
